Order by 3 pm and we deliver the same day. There is no delivery round on Wednesdays, as we are closed in the afternoon – orders from Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday arrive on Thursday.

From your local pharmacy, not from a distribution centre: the person who drives is someone you can talk to – and if there is anything to clarify about your medicines, we call you beforehand.

We deliver to your home or your workplace. You can pay the driver directly, in cash or by card.

If you need the same medicines regularly, you should not have to think about it every time. We note what you take, keep an eye on when a pack is running low, and get in touch in good time.

How it works

1. One phone call is enough – we take down your regular medication.
2. In good time before you run out we arrange the repeat prescription with your doctor's practice, if you wish.
3. We deliver free of charge to your home, at your own rhythm.

Relatives can set this up for a family member too. You can change or stop it at any time with a phone call – it is not a subscription and it costs nothing.

Prescription-only medicines are still dispensed only against a valid prescription. We make sure it is there in time.

Order in advance and collect your items around the clock – in the evening, at night and at weekends too. We let you know as soon as everything is in the locker.

There is a vending machine outside our pharmacy, accessible day and night. You pay directly at the machine.

The machine holds everyday items for personal care, hygiene and health. What is currently stocked is shown on the machine itself.

The machine holds only goods that are not pharmacy-only. Medicines are handed over by us in person, delivered, or prepared after you order in advance.

Need medical advice but cannot get an appointment? Here you can speak to a doctor by video in a quiet room. We provide the room and the technology and help you get set up – the consultation and all medical decisions rest with the doctor.

Currently available: an ophthalmology consultation.

If you are given a prescription, you can have it dispensed here straight afterwards.

Together we go through all the medicines you take – looking for interactions, duplicated active ingredients and whether you are taking them correctly. Afterwards you receive an up-to-date medication plan in plain language.

Free for you: the cost is covered by your health insurance, both statutory and private.

How it works

2. We review your medication thoroughly.
3. In a second appointment we go through the findings with you. If needed, we coordinate with your doctor.

Also suitable for relatives who keep an eye on a family member's medication.

If you have just been prescribed a blood pressure medicine, or the dose has changed, we take the time: we measure your blood pressure using a standardised procedure, look together at how you measure at home, and talk through what to watch out for day to day.

The service is called “standardised risk assessment for high blood pressure” and is possible at the earliest two weeks after the new prescription.

A great many people use their asthma or COPD inhaler incorrectly without realising it – and then too little of the medicine reaches the place where it should work. We show you the correct technique step by step and practise it calmly with a training device.

Available from the age of 6, when an inhaler has been newly prescribed or you have been given a different type of device.
